Obvoiusly going from episode three to episode four makes the series seem as though time goes backwards. Personally i think that the last three episodes should be re-done. You see R2-D2 getting shot straight upwards into the end of the ships but after in the later films R2-D2 has to be seriously manually placed with a mechanical arm. Who else thinks they should be re-done??????????

Actually, you have to think about it. The Rebels are extremely low budget. They would have to do everything the hard way because they no longer have all the technology they would if they were still legal residents of the Empire. Think of them as terrorists. Not saying that terrorists are heroes or anything ,but, they live in caves. They don't have all the luxuries they would if they were apart of regular society. Rebels are the same way, they live outside the law. Also, the technology you speak of was from Naboo, not really part of the alliance. Didja remember seeing any Gungans flying X-Wings?
