In the Monstro thing u have to fight the cage parasite twice then you leave to Halloweentown, but what ever you probably have to finish what ever pooh bear pages u have or lock some key holes.
When my sister and I were playing this kind of happened to us, I can't remember but either we entered and left a bunch of worlds until we could go in to Montro or we did what I said above.
