I'm no expert but Final Fantsy XII impressed me the most.

I'd say Manhunt, i've never played either of the two games you guys listed. But I was impressed with Manhunt and how Rockstar made it seem more realistic. Maybe Silent Hill 3 also, it didnt have the best graphics but some pretty impressive graphics none the less.

I think Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire has incredible graphics, you can actually see the expressions on their faces!

God of War 2.

The best graphics on the PS2 were probably Resident Evil 4 (even though that came out on GC first) and Final Fantasy XII

I'm pretty into Metal Gear Solid 3's graphics. But FF12 are probably the best.

As much as it angered me, Final Fantasy XII looked brilliant for a PS2 Game, and the scale felt dramatic and realistic.

Shadow of the Colossus does have good graphics but not as good as FF 12

FFXII stood out the most graphics wise for me.
