i am in the cliffs of atlas or somtin and icant get past that keep falling somebody help

I'm stuck there too though I'm in a different situation. I can't figure out what I"m supposed to do next. I got the sheilds, opened the gate in the room with the spinning razor-wheels, gotten past the spinning throne. Now I'm just wandering around with nothing to do. What am I missing?
