Anybody know of a good RPG/Action Adventure game for ps2 thats kinda similar to fable for the xbox?

If you mean RPG's that are not Japanese animation style, then I suggest Champions of Norrath and Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance.

I don't think there are any new RPG's released for the PS2.
