I'm tying up some loose ends before the final boss fights and realized I skipped 100 acre wood. I've only got 3 of the 5 torn pages, but of course I don't know which ones they are. The problem is, I've gone back to every single location and there are no chests anywhere. I've collected all of the dalmatians, so I know I got that page (I've been back to visit them to get the prizes). But I've been to every other location and spent tons of time in the exact area where the torn page is supposed to be, and nothing. It's like I already got them, but my inventory shows 3 pages. I was wondering if it's a weird thing like they disappear after you close Hollow Bastion or something. A google search couldn't confirm though. And if I can't find the other pages, does it matter in the game outcome if I didn't seal 100 acre wood?

if you dont seal the hundred acre wood, the only thing that changes is that you wont get the secret ending. you get that ending for sealing the hundred acre wood, beating the hades cup at the coliseum, and finding all 99 dalmations. hope this helped.
