I've got EA F1 2002 which I like (after getting used to the handling), but I'm wondering whether to change it for F1 04. I've read various reviews but some say different things about the car handling...is it similar to F1 2002 at all? Basically I want to be able to drive the car using the buttons for accelerate/brake (NOT the analogue stick :P), and I don't mind it being reallistic without assists, as long as it's not impossible.

Like one review says :

"Whilst its true to say that F1 04 is by far the best Formula One simulation available on any console at the moment, the sometimes unfathomable control nuances that can lose you a race quicker than you can say “Murray Walker” and the career mode's high difficulty level will put some people off. For F1 fans and those who love a good high-octane challenge though, F1 04 will serve you well, At least until next year, that is."

Hope someone can help, thanks!
