This has been driving me crazy... this movie came out a few years (before 2001, i believe) ago and I went to go see it with my girlfriend at the time. She couldn't take it after the first 20 minutes so we had to leave. It's an axe murder movie, except it was really cool because none of the actual murdering was ever shown. It's about this farmer and father killing because God told him to do it; that's all i really know. Critics also liked it I'm pretty sure.
If anybody has a clue what I am talking about please help me out, cause I've got a new Netflix subscription, and i've never seen this movie
UPDATE: Never mind, it was Bill Paxton's "Fraility." It turns out my roomate has it; time to watch
