Ziggy Stardust seems to always fall in the 20's to 30's or even higher on all of the all time lists from the generic list makers like VH1 or Rolling Stone. To me, its a top 10 all time album. That is one bad ass album. Is there a better opener than "Five Years"?

I agree with BContrat's list from above:

1970 - The Man Who Sold the World
1971 - Hunky Dory
1972 - Ziggy Stardust
1973 - Aladdin Sane
1976 - Station to Station
1977 - Low, Heroes
1979 - Lodger

I'd add Scary Monsters to the end and you have one hell of a body of work.

While the album is the ultimate glam rock album, I personally think it doesn't warrant a place in the top 10. Low, on the other hand, does. That is true brilliance from start to finish.
