I've read a lot of negative press about evanescences new album, The Open Door, and personally, I can't see why. They are on top form here. Amy's voices rings out perfectly. The songs are excellent and memorable. The album highligh though is the song Lacrymosa. Suitably situated at the exact centre of the album, its an epic song, much like Whisper on the last album.

Let me put it this way, if you like the lead single Call me when you're sober, you'll no doubt love this album.
