Surely Led Zeppelin are the greatest rock band ever. obviously the beatles have had a greater influence, but in terms of the quality AND consistantcy of the music, Led Zeppelin have to be the best

Actually, while when I was first getting into Led Zeppelin I thought they were the greatest band ever. It is great, but now that I've been listening to all their first six albums quite a bit, I'm starting to find their catalogue fairly undifferentiated.

I would probably rate the Beatles higher on the whole than Led Zeppelin because they managed to evolve, change, and really be inventive instead of just playing one type of music really really well.

What do you guys think about Brazen Abbot?
They are one of my favourite rock bands nowadays... I wonder if you heard of them???
