I really love SRV but Hendrix is where it's at. I'm glad Stevie Ray gets enough respect to be on the short list. Jimmy Page should be included. And if someone like Angus Young is in, I don't see how you can leave out Jack White.

My favorite guitarist of all time is Jimmy Paige, he's the best ever, imo. But from the list above, I'd choose Hendrix. Nobody used a guitar the way he did, nobody expressed themselves with a guitar the way he did.

I always liked Tom Verlaine and Richard Lloyd from Television. Besides that I would do the lead singer from Sigur Ros "Jonsi" who plays guitar with a cello bow... Now, that is awesome!
