Oh, could I feel as I have felt, or be what I have been,
Or weep as I could once have wept, o'er many a vanished scene;
As springs in deserts found seem sweet, all brackish though they be,
So, midst the withered waste of life, those tears would flow to me.

wtf do you mean and you mention the white stripes? the white stripes are way more "rock" than radiohead. but see egg, radiohead isnt just plain rock, but really neither is wilco if you think about it, very few bands are just pure rock, and its funny that tree you mention the stripes because they are 1 of them.

justindie, might you please write in English so the rest of us can appreciate your comments ? I'm being serious; your stream of consciousness style has me thoroughly bewildered.
Thank you.

What the fuck do you mean by not rock? And why mention the White Stripes? The White Stripes are way more "rock" than radiohead. But see EggTweedy, Radiohead isn't just plain rock, but neither is Wilco, if you think about it very few bands are just pure rock, and it's funny that you mention the stripes tree because they are 1 of the few pure rock bands.

better?

Yeah i know what you mean just indie. But i consider that all post-ok computer albums by Radiohead are not rock. It's mainly electronic, especially Kid A. Wilco is definitly a rock band that uses some electronic elements. Anyway, a rock band doesn't need to be formed by 4-5 members: 1 singer, 1-2 guitar, 1 bass, 1 drum. anyway what is important is that those 5 bands i mentionned are awesome. period.

1. Led Zeppelin, no questions asked.
2. The Doors.
3. The Beatles.
4. ZZ Top, they totally don't get as much credit as they deserve.
5. The Who.

Notice that all the bands I picked are classic rock. That's because that was, is, and always will be the best. Honorable mentions go to Ted Nugent, Bruce Springsteen, and CCR.

AC/DC is not one of the bests, though they are good. And that, simply, is because all of their music sounds relatively the same. They have no understanding of the word diversity.
