There is a german site called Tonspion ( www.tonspion.de ). There you can download a lot of qualitative MP3's from different genres. It's more like an e-zine that redirects you to the artists homepages. Normaly they don't link crap, mostly awesome stuff. I just found some bands there that developed to my favorites, just like "Citizens Here & Abroad" or "Enik"...
