ok guys, i need help finding the name of this mid to late 90's space game. i found someone else looking for it and no one knew in that forum so i'm going to post it here. please help!

----

here was an old pc game, set in space that was top down, and your ship looked a lot like galaga, but it was free roaming. up and down were speed, and left and right would change your direction...

u could change whether u shot 1-3 shots, (which were little tan circles) and eventually got missles, straight shot and then tracking, (white with red fins i think)...One of tha first guys u run into was green and had ribbed vertical lines on his chin. People u met would give u coordinates and u would have to fly there for tha story to continue...The first guys ship was blue, and looked like a 'C'...

Anyone know what I'm talkin about?? Help??

good game make sure you play part 2 as well. Only drawback I found was it was so linear it could have been alot better if made more non linear
