I would like to know something about your reviews inclusion/exclusion process.

1) How do you determine what review sites to include in a game's list?

2) What happens if the site is pulled or the review is pulled?

I am asking this because, upon reading up the reviews on Company of Heroes, I always like to see what the worst reviews have to say. Therefore, I was appaled to see the worst of the bunch, done by "WHAM! Gaming", wasn't even existing anymore! Furthermore, looking at the site, I really thought it was not worthy of being included in Metacritic, which I trust for using acknowledged sources. The site's reviews are few and far between, the PC page is just about dead (the front page of that section still lists an article about Halo 2 going on Vista, which is a TAD old), and the search link on the 404 page for the review is broken.

When I see that some gaming sites like GamesRadar are not even included, I just have to wonder why sites like WHAM! are. The fact they give a completely off-chart review for a game without being able to provide proper arguments to back the claim doesn't help IMO.
