I thought MMO games were the same old stuff that keep coming out. There's like a dozen of those games out there if you're willing to spend the money on them.

I don't know to many mmo games, and the ones that I do know, are always Rpg's. I guess you can wait for Battlefront 2 or Star Wars BattleFront, although that's not really an adventure game. The last game I could recommend would be Brothers in Arms. I'm not to sure about the MMO but it is an action FPS and it's quite an adventure.

p.s.-Thoes are all FPS Frowner

Massively Multiplayer Online... They are the games that destroy lives.

Amyways has anyone here tried Morrowind? It's a good game too.

Oh yeah, Morrowind destroyed my career for a time. Possible one of the greatest RPG's of our time; can't wait for Oblivion and the remortgage I'm going to have to sign in order to get a graphics card that can run it...

I have friends who have. I'm too damn cheap to play them. I refuse to play any game with a monthly fee.

Depends on how commited you are to a game. To anyone who is in your case and has somewhat enjoyment in flight Sims I recommend Acecombat 5. Lots of unlocks, lots of difficulties, lots of spare time needed. If you just plan one beating it once though, then get your lil un-harcore gaming booty up on outa here.

I had to decide between two large multiplayer online games, World of Warcraft, and Guild Wards. Even though I would prefer WoW, I could not get over the monthly fee so I chose Guild Wars.

Definitely give Battlefront a try man. I have the game, I play it all the time, its a great game. It may not strike your fancy if you aren't a Star Wars fan, but it's still pretty fun. Alot like battlefield 1942.

its not quite an MMO, but there is a multiplayer segment that is a lot like an MMO. persisant universe type thing. buy, sell, trade, kill, that sort of stuff. its fun. not to mention the huge universe. it litterally take days to explore it all.

WOW is a great game not to mention size of the world but I don't like the fact that you have to pay every month!!!

well, as the other guys said, WoW should keep you busy, you'll have to survive until Spore comes out next year. That should be incredible, I know technically it's not an MMO but it kinda is, you upload and download content and from what I have seen you could waste your entire life on it. i would gladly. Big Grin

first post here, be kind please.
