I really don't play a lot of games anymore, but I still love Civ III. Although I hear Civ IV is quite good.

For me, its either Half-Life:Lost Coast or Arcunum...Half-LIfe has an excellent graphic design and a great storyline. Pretty COOL! In Arcunum, I could say it's oldies but goodies! lol...Still pretty good.

A game is a virtual world where you can enjoy your life. It gives you fun. It should teach you the exact meaning of life. A game should have the tendency to make you forget your own life and adopt the virtual life. That is what I believe a game should be like.

These are my picks. Dink Smallwood is a freeware. Just check it out. No good graphics, sound etc but the gameplay, story, its awesome.
If possible just checkout the Still Life Demo.
Its awesome. It just leaves you wanting for more. Graphics better than Doom 3 and gameplay better than Half Life. Damn Good Believe me.

I love the GTA series and I'm currently hooked in playing GTA San Andreas coz I just have a minimum time to play that game since I still do attend classes. Even GTA Vice City was great.

I love this games: Counter Strike, WOW and I will never forget Super Mario Bros.

Half Life 2 (Great story, Fantastic Graphics and even though the FPS system isnt the best the gameplay is Awesome)

Starcraft (I dont miss the hugh battles u see in the games of today at all, Starcraft is the best strategy game ever, without competition)

Privateer (Its one of those games u play only once, but that one time was fantastic.)

MMORPG:s (Everquest, Lineage, Anarchy Online, Starwars Galaxies, Eve Online, WOW)

PS. I hate all these kids that make WOW the best game ever only because they dont have any earlier experience of mmorpgs, its one of many good but certanly not the best.

That game was great, so funny that you just wanted to play more to see what happened next.. which i lacking from alot of the oh-so-serious games now, which alot of the time end up boring. I also liked day of the tentacle as well.

I am a bit a strategy nut.. love all of those city building games caeser III, zeus, pharoah. And also civ III and age of empires II, age of mythology. Damn my 800mhz computer!! No civ IV or Aoe III for me!
