Way back when i had windows 68 or 98 i had a racing video game it was futuristic and some of the racing courses you raced on were in underwater tunnels or in space the graphics were not that good and there was like this scientist guy who helped you out when you raced, i know its not much to go by on but if anyone culd help me out with the name iof this game i would really appereciate it.

i beleave it was called "Mega Race"

That sort of sounds like Sky Roads, although I don't remember a scientist.
