For those who might know. I have a legit version of battlefield 2 installed on one computer, and I have a non-legit installed on another computer sitting next to me. The expansion pack is what I intend on installing on both unless any of you can tell me otherwise and tell me why I should not do it. I know the expansion pack will allow me to play on my legit version of the game, but will the expansion pack over ride the serial of the non-legit version and allow for the game to be played online? My feelings are no given the intelligence of the game companies these days... let me know.
*note this question is for a friend and not for me.

EA/Dice does not allow more then 1 player to play on-line with the same serial code both with the expansion and the original copy of the game.
