can anyone help me with a counterstrike problem i cant download the updates to 100% it goes only to 96% its very annoying.

I would try uninstalling steam. Thats really the only way to make sure it's working right, possibly re format your hd too, it's not that big of a deal and you know you're starting from scratch that way.
