Shouldn't this be separated out into its individual components on metacritic? Just because Valve has a package for these games doesn't mean that they're all one game. They can still be bought individually.

This also creates issues as far as how to compare Team Fortress 2 with other team multiplayer FPSs.

I agree with this, I came here just to check out the TF2 rating. (and add to it, playing beta and I love it )

Half life 2 episode is my favorite game and....Portal

I bought this game then day it came out. My laptop is infected with a virus. I've waited so long to play it, and I finally did yesterday. I beat Portal in one sitting. That game was genuinely hilarious and mindbending. I loved every last minute of it. Team Fortress 2, well, I love this game so much I don't know why I'm not playing it right now. And I don't think I even have to say anything about Half Life 2 and the episodes following it. So, as many before me has said, just buy it.

TF2 FTW! It is THE Multiplayer expirience of the year, hands down.

every single thing about the orange box is brilliant. Team fortress 2's graphics allow the game to really exploit the diversity of each class. I don't think i really need to explain why portal is brilliant. and half life 2 and its episodes are probably the greatest story in vg history
