I don't think we have another thread for this, but whether or not, I'm going to punch this one up again.

Brenda likes to make tortilla española whenever she gets the urge, which is probably about every two-three months.

We (K/c and I) have a recipe for tortilla española that uses potato chips. It's easy to make, and above all, tastes great.

Mine? Pizza. I love some pizza! Actually, I love everything italian! I make a pretty mean baked spaghetti . Lotsa spicy italian sausage & cheese! I also make the spiciest, most delicious pot of chili. My wife makes some fantastic fried chicken!

All this talk about food and tortillas reminds me of a joke that a clever comedian once said: "A sleeping bag is a tortilla for a human." My favorite food would have to be Posole. It's a Mexican dish that is very similar to Menudo but different. Instead of using tripe, you use a different kind of pork meat. Some people sprinkle cabbage, cilantro, radishes and squeeze lime into it. It's delicious and although it might not sound too tempting, you should all try it. I also love a good ol' fashioned turkey dinner with all them trimmings!

I also like rotisserie chicken, yum. I think a rotisserie is a really morbid Ferris wheel for chickens. We will take a chicken, impale it, and then rotate it. Spinning chicken carcasses make my mouth water. I like dizzy chickens!

I grilled a seventeen pound turkey on the bbq Saturday last. It was devoured.

See, for some reason, I just do not like turkey. It doesn't matter how it is prepared. In our house, for Thanksgiving and Christmas, the tradition is roast duck, usually with some kind of fruit. Favorites: Duck with figs (a spanish dish), duck with dried cherries, duck with prunes, duck with mango.

now that sound fabulous. I think I would grill a duck. I like cooking meat with fruit. In fact, I add fruit to curry dishes.
