I don't think PRG will want to pick the games, so here they are. 16 this week!
Thursday #8 Kentucky @ #11 South Carolina
Friday Utah @ Louisville
Saturday Kansas @ #24 Kansas State
#5 Wisconsin @ Illinois
Georgia Tech @ Maryland
Houston @ Alabama
#10 Oklahoma vs. #19 Texas (in Dallas)
#12 Georgia @ Tennessee
#15 Virginia Tech @ #22 Clemson
Oklahoma State @ Texas A&M
#4 Ohio State @ #23 Purdue
#9 Florida @ #1 Louisiana State
#20 Cincinnati @ #21 Rutgers
Tulsa @ UTEP
#25 Nebraska @ #17 Missouri
Sunday New Mexico State @ Boise State
On a side note: I always wondered how the “Red River Shootout” between Oklahoma and Texas could be played on a “neutral site” if it is still played in Texas. I just found out that it is played in the Cotton Bowl in Dallas because Dallas is approximately half the distance between the two school campuses. The stadium is also divided down the 50-yard line, with half of the stadium clad in the "crimson and cream" colors of Oklahoma, and the other half wearing the burnt orange and white of Texas.

Cool, thanks. Doesn't look like there are any freebies this week.

Didn't resort to flipping a coin, but just went with a quick gut reaction without any research. We'll see how this pans out.

That was a pretty good game. I still think Woodson is the best Quarterback in the SEC, they might not lose another game.

Pretty crazy game tonight between Utah and Louisville. I picked it exactly because I thought that the Utes might have been able to pull the game out and they did. Oh well, 0-2 to start the weekend off.

Some great games so far. Kansas leads Kansas State 27-24 with 5:03 left in the game, Wisconsin trails Illnois 31-19 with less than five left and Maryland narrowly leads Georgia Tech 28-26 with six left.

florida-lsu game was one of the best games I've seen in a long time. think LSU got a few breaks with some of those calls on the last drive, but both teams played their hearts out, and from what I've seen, both should play each other again for the SEC championship. It will happen if Tennessee (they looked great against UGA) loses another SEC game and they still have to play UK, USC and Bama and Florida beats UGA (got that one), UK, and USC.
Just a great game though. Both teams gave each other one helluva of a fight.
and Stanford beat Cal (4th and 20!!!! watch the highlights), two great night games. i love college football.

Man I had OD'ed on Sports this weekend (what with playoff baseball and all), so I did not stay up for the late games. When I turned in the FL/LSU game was at halftime-- Sorry I missed that one. I could not believe my eyes this morning when I read Stanford had beaten USC!! I think the entire PAC 10 took Les Miles' comments to heart and are going out of their way to prove what a great conference they have become-- no gimmees out west this year.

Those were definitely some crazy games yesterday and that is why college football is great. Everybody except Max picked the Georgia-Tennessee game incorrectly. There were also a couple of games where we all picked the same team and they lost—Utah-Louisville and Virginia Tech-Clemson.
The game here was crazy as well as UTEP pulled out a dramatic win, 48-47 over Tulsa. With only tonight’s game left, here is where we stand for the week:
FragileKidA – 11-4 Maximum Jack – 10-5 The Friar – 8-7 PRG – 6-9
Overall standings: FragileKidA – 62-25 @ 71.26% Maximum Jack – 56-31 @ 64.37% The Friar – 55-31 @ 64% PRG – 41-30 @ 57.75%
Please do let me know if you notice any mistakes.

Watching the Sunday sports shows, I think that LSU will lose somewhere down the road. That blow-out against Virginia Tech only keeps looking better with the Hokies climbing the polls and improving each week though.
However, they should have lost to South Carolina in that tough game. They had to use a trick play to turn the momentum and that might have saved the game for them. Also, they should have lost last night. The Gators really lost that game, rather than LSU having won it. The Tigers went for countless fourth downs and had to do another fake field goal to scratch their way to a win.
They play at Kentucky next week, who is coming off a tough loss. And they still have games at Alabama and Arkansas. Their "best" chances to lose have already passed but I do think that somewhere down the line, they will lose.

I agree, their offense does not impress. Their defense is another story, but even that seems suspect when you take into consideration what Tebow was able to do against it. Saban faces his old team in Tuscaloosa on November 3rd. And LSU has to go to Lexington next week. Those are two possible losses, and of course the SEC Championship looms large if they manage to win out in the regular season. I'm starting to think this is Ohio State's year-- much as I hate writing that.

I'm more likely to pick upsets in college. I'm sure my percentage could be a little higher if I always picked who I think should win. Oh well, it's more fun that way.
