Paris Hilton was barred from buying a Yorkshire terrier because the store employee felt that it was just an “impulse buy.” She was on her way to a photo shoot and decided to stop by a puppy store because she “wanted a puppy in the picture with her so it would look cuter”, and reportedly threw a tantrum and started screaming "I love my puppies! I want my baby", when the store employee refused to sell her the puppy.

“The Post’s Page Six columnist said the store, on Melrose Avenue in West Hollywood, deserves an ASPCA (American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) award for denying Hilton the puppy purchase.”
