Hmm, thanks for the info pE. It sounds like you will be OK as long as you don't do it that much or at a particularly high volume. Everything in moderation I say.
That sux, coz not only do I enjoy listening to music when I'm working out (I particularly tend to blast the volume), but it's also a good way to ward off any people wanting to talk to me while I'm focused on my routines. Nothing pisses me off more than people coming up to me to strike an unwanted conversation. I know it sounds anti-social, but I'm that way only when I'm at the gym. I go in there to work out not to stay for 3 hours and chit chat like a lot of people I observe. When you don't want to stay any longer than an hour at the gym coz you have other things to do with your busy schedule and you're trying to concentrate on doing well-executed reps of some fairly heavy weight on the bench press or french curl, trust me, you don't want any socializing.
I try to find time to work exercise into my life but it can be difficult at times! Lately I've been trying to do yoga on a regular basis. Feels good when I manage to do it!

I can never get overweight, I'm incapable of it. I'll always weigh between 120lbs to 125lbs. Oh well, just remember, when you see an anorexic skeletal figure walk down the street, think of me.
LMAO. Nah, that was a little extreme, I’m not skeletal . I'm just uber gawf!

While many people start on a fitness quest the unfortunate fact is most failed to finish and achieve their goal.
By planning your program before you start your fitness quest so that it suits your body health and lifestyle there is more opportunity that you will finish your fitness quest and achieve your goals.

In recent years there has been a lot more information available on fitness nutrition and this has helped many more people like me improve their levels of health considerably. Most gyms now offer advice on fitness nutrition as part of the membership as this can help us improve our levels of fitness quite considerably.

Did any of you click on the link? I wonder if it's a Rick Astley video? I'm tempted . . .
