Concerning never works in that context! Of course Americans like to turn everything into a verb...oh vey!  I couldn't care less about hunger, poverty and war. Bloody lack of literate humans is more troubling.

All I could say is that our government leaders should think of ways to avoid these or even lessen them instead of thinking about themselves, on how they could climb their ladder to become the most powerful people. As for us citizens, we should unite and cooperate with the government projects to at least lessen these crisis.
