James Smith gets me searched every time I get on an airplane. They also have to go through a 30 minute background check everytime I check in at the counter. I've actually missed a flight because of it. James Smith means it is impossible to find my name in any company database, and I dare my friends from highschool to try to find me on Facebook (no really, I'll call you).

It does come with the perk that my name is on the Declaration of Independance, but even he chose to write it "Jas. Smith" like Captain Hook.

Ouch. There is always some segment on the news or dateline or whatever about how to circumvent the ridiculous "watch list" problems, but I think you might be out of luck. I'm pretty sure there is only one of me in all of North America, and quiet possibly the world (unless German's commonly pick American first names). Hence, I don't think I should post it here Smiler.

my name is Brian. I spell it better .

We're taking over the world. I'm a Brian also.
I met this French girl at a bar in L.A. a few weeks ago and she said that Brian was the most common name she had heard since she had been here (6 months). I was shocked.

I like your spelling. Smiler

Pronounced Tom, spelled Thom. It's just Thomas, without the 'as' syllable on the end.

You have to admit though, the Pope would be pretty cool with some cheese.

And the Dhan comment is linked to the earlier discussion about the difference between the name Thom and Tom.

Despite being a white hillbilly, I'm named after a famous blues singer/songwriter. First name Willie. Last name shouldn't be too difficult.
