Happiness...Sure, I've got nothing against that. Reproduction however, is not beneficial to us in that we already suffer from overpopulation and are well on our way to destroying our planet, if I were to have children it would almost certainly be through adoption services.

Reproduction is our biological imperative. We're quite literally hardwired to want to do it. In that sense, it's the purpose of life if we disregard "civilized" practices. So basically it'll be your purpose, but no one else's.
