What do you prefer in sending out text messages, is it multi-tapping or predictive texting?

If I'm adding names to my address book I'll turn it off the predictive texting because it doesn't recognize a lot of common names. However, in everyday texting predictive mode takes far less time. Somehow I always miss the letter I want when I multi-tap.

What I love about T9 or predictive texting is that it is much more convenient especially when I am on a rush. It lessens the time of typing out messages like for example "conference" in the standard mode its 2226666633333777336622233 but in T9 it's 2663373623. Smiler

I very rarely use sms these days but when I did I avoided predictive text as I don't always use the same words.
Text messaging encourages young people to use basic language/words too much. As much as it is convenient it also restricts some peoples vocabulary from a young age, and unfortunately if you use basic language in society some people will look at you through unperceptive eyes.
You don't see politicians standing around tapping on their phone keypads now do you.

Would you like lies with that?
