You're talking about the comments on the reviews on the main part of the site?
They review those before they get posted, and I have no idea how long it takes. If it's been a long time, you may want to use this contact form to submit an inquiry. ----- We were wasps with new wings, now we're bugs in the jar. |

Reviews in the forums or the website "user reviews." If you answer is the latter, I believe that those are reviewed before they get posted.
