I've been searching and interviewing vigorously for a job for the past few months, so the workplace is on my mind. Just out of curiousity, I just wanted to know where some of the members of MC worked and what they do.

I'm a student at the moment, but am getting ready to graduate in November. Right now I work part time at a polypropylene film plant writing process engineer training manuals. Yes I know, you're jealous of my exciting and fulfilling job

I also spent over three years working at Taco Bell, so if you need to know anything about a product, I'll be happy to be your expert.

I work as a web developer for a local design firm where I live. I design and develop web sites and web applications for area businesses, and a few national companies.

I've been doing this for a few years. Prior to this, I used to work in the satellite communications industry doing antenna verification, which was fun because I got to travel to a ton of different countries.

I also have a degree in television production, which I still am paying for, but don't really use.

I am finishing my Ph. D. in theoretical physics. The thesis is to be handed in for print in three weeks time, and I have to write half of the thesis and two articles before that. Hello 90 hours work weeks! I am not doing much more than writing and plotting curves and compiling LaTeX documents presently.
