A little late on this...
About a year ago I was arrested for "disorderly conduct" for throwing a large party. The thing is I didn't throw the party, it was next door. The party next door had police scanners, heard they were coming and turned off the lights and locked up shop. The police knocked on my door and I answered thinking that maybe a car had been vandalized (it had happened before) and I could help out.
Soon as I answered the door the cop asked me to step outside to answer some questions so I did, big mistake! The cop lied to me and said he saw over 50 people run in my back door which I denied, which was locked, and asked me if I had the keys to my house, I didn't but asked "why?". The officer told me that he asked the questions and arrested, then handcuffed me for having the party. I told him he had the wrong house and even his partner said it was the wrong house. But I got arrested anyway
Attorney said it wasn't worth taking to court so I plead guilty and had to do 30 hours of community service for something I had nothing to do with. I figure I've gotten away with alot more than I deserve, but this left a bad taste in my mouth.
