When I have checked the user comments on some of the games and some movies, the majority of votes appear to be 0 or 1, or 9 or 10. What are you trying to achieve with this? Ever thought that actually a mediocre film should get mostly 5's? Now it goes like that a game with an average user rating 8.0 gets many 10's and 9's, and then there are those people who come and think "wtf, how come this game has such a high rating, I'm going to make it lower now, and the most efficient way to do it, is by voting a 0. HAH, SERVES THIS GAME RIGHT!"

I mean come on, why can't you just vote what you really think of the movie/game. I (and I hope many others as well) prefer reading comments that are NOT either of those extremities, when they want to really know what to think about a movie/game.

Or maybe on the other hand people only want to vote, when they really want to bash or praise a publication? But PLEASE, don't be so desperate when trying to show that something sucks/kicks ass. Seeing 0's will make praisers put more easily 10's, and vice versa. :|

That is why you should not base your decision on seeing the movie off of the user comments versus the reviews.
