Anyone watching this tournament? It's getting interesting now that the knockout stages are approaching, and I've just finished watching an absolute classic of a match (Holland 2 - 3 Czech Republic, after the Dutch took a 2-0 lead).

My money was on Italy before the tournament started, but none of the "big" teams have impressed me so far and I think an outside team like Sweden or the Czech Republic may have a good chance of winning it.

So any other football (or soccer, whatever) fans have any views?

That was a pretty incredible result. Haven't heard much from the Czech side since the '98 World Cup.

I still like to think that England has a shot...Though that first game against France was crushing.

I'm an American, but I was in a pub outside of London the night that England lost to Argentina in the '98 World Cup...another heartbreaker.
