On the Pacers, they were a highly competitive team. Everyone thinks that all the years the Bulls won they simply dominated everyone else. This is highly wrong, they ran into some great teams and the Pacerss team (with Mullins, Miller, Jackson, Rose, Best) was a great one. They took the Bulls to a full seven-game series where they almost won. The Bulls didn't just waltz right over them and even though they went on to beat Utah in six later in the finals, it wasn't a cakewalk either. I am watching game four of the Cleveland-Detroit seires and Lebrom James is playing great. It is weird to know that the Cavs could be up 3-1 right now or going for the sweep had they not let those first two games slip away, James just made a ridiculous fade-away shot and they are up 87-81 with 2:28 left in the 4th. As for my Spurs, they are in cruising state. After handling the Jazz last night, everything is prime to close out the series in game 5 in San Antonio--I think they will do it. With Ginobili playing so well they are turning things up at the right time.

Yeah, that Pacers-Bulls series was a great one. A lot of people do forget how close it was for the Bulls that year. They were awesome in the regular season, but the Pacers almost put it to them in Eastern Finals. All of the way to game seven, and even then the Bulls only won by a few points. If a couple of shots fall, it could've easily been a Pacers-Jazz finals that year.

I know that many of you out there care but the Spurs will have a chance to close out their series against Cleveland tonight and win their 4th championship in 9 years. I feel kind of bad for Cleveland because I certainly wanted it to ge a much better series than it has been. I was especially pulling for Lebron James because through all of his detractor's criticism, he is one of my favorite players in the league. The Spurs are the best defensive team and even when their three star players perform poorly, they still find ways to win. Here's hoping that tonight's games will be a good one.

Hey, it's all right to hype the Spurs and Yankees everywhere, but this thread is theoretically about last season (at least according to the title YOU put up).

I caught it before and then forgot about it. I thought I should mention it before the season ends.
