I'm hearing more and more issues with people getting "disc read errors" with SSBB, but there may be another issue too. I've also heard from an owner of the game that it does work but he's having slowdown issues.

Is anyone else having this issues?

These issues have become issues that interfere with the quality of game. I think that the issues may be there but then again the issues may also not be there. It all comes down to the issues about the issues. I don't know if anyone else is having these issues but if you're having these issues then alert everyone else to the issues instead of keeping the issues private. Knowledge of these issues is essential for the understanding of the issues in the community, no matter how big or small the issues or their accomanying issues may be.

I've had no issues at all with the game. I was required to do a system update before I could play the game though.

I think most everyone who sends in their Wii to be repaired will get a new DVD drive. Otherwise Nintendo could have sent out a cheap DVD repair disc to "clean" a lens.

Now I'm hearing of problem with SSBB gamers not being able to play random matches because they keep being kicked off...

I played it on my friends wii last night, I wasn't particularly impressed but I can't say I really played it.
