Just read a review in IGN for Trauma Center: New Blood (scored 85). Looks quite good, especially with the inclusion of multiplayer this time around. I played the first Trauma Center game on DS and it one of the hardest games I've ever played! I hope the difficulty on this one isn't quite so brutal.

Anyone in the USA going to pick this one up? I'd be interested to hear about it as it isn't out in the UK yet.

I was in GameStop the other day and saw that and was wondering what it exactly was..but after realizing and hearing about it, it looks quite interesting to play.

My wife and I rented this the other night. She has the DS Trauma Center (Which, like cheesecake said, is hard as hell), so we thought we'd give this a try since it has an easy mode. We're just getting ready to do the first major "challenge" surgery, and it hasn't gotten difficult yet. It is a lot of fun though. I think being able to do multiplayer will really help with a lot of what made the DS version so damn hard.

I bought the Wii version and love it so much.
It's so much better with multiplayer.

I'm really enjoying this game. The storyline is absolutely ridiculous (in a very "soap-opera" kind of way) and a bit long-winded, but the gameplay is nice. The surgeries have thus far been challenging (in most cases) but far from impossible.
