Has anyone played this game? My son purchased it and we can not get the darn thing to play. To start the game the screen says to press the "+" which does absolutely nothing. We have pushed every button on each of 2 controllers and can not get past the startup screen.

He took it to a friends home and got the same thing. If 2 ten year olds can't figure it out there must be something wrong with it. So I returned it and got a new copy and wow the same thing; we can not get past the startup screen.

Can anyone help???
