I played the Cube version, but I will still be handing out the cash for the Resident Wii.

The game is unbelievable and as I love the Wii's controls, for sure I'll be waving my chainsaw about a 2nd time. Smiler

Well 3 weeks ago, I shelled out cash for a gamecube controller and Resident Evil 4 on the Gamecube...not knowing the damn game would be released on the Wii. Unless I hear the game is Unbelievable, i'm probably not going to pick this one up until a price drop.

i got it and man im glad i did
the wii controls make the experience even better!!

for extreme re4 players - try beating the game with just the handgun and grenades

ive only done that on normal difficulty
professional must be insanely hard

I just picked it up, and man am I glad I got this version...for so cheap too1 I remember Jan 11/05 paying $80 for the Cube version.

This IS the definitive version, the ability to play using the Cube pad, classic controller (my fav) or the remote is just outstanding...and all control options are hot swappable (word? sp?), sweet. Twilight Princess should have done this, oh but wait...Nintendo said it couldn't be done..BS!

If you've got a Wii, get RE4 - still one of the best games ever made, and the Wii edition has ALL the extra stuff and a trailer for Umbrella Chronicles.

My hope is this game sells well enough that Capcom brings something meatier to the Wii besides the UC, which has me kinda nervous that it'll suck.

This was one of those games that I always was going to get but never got around to it, so the Wii release was good news and needless to say I bought it.

Fantastic game.
