I just got a copy of Mario Super Sluggers to give to my nephew for his birthday, but mom and dad say they won't allow the game into their house, and pointed tothis article as their reason.

I can sympathize with their point of view, but I don't think the logic of their argument holds up. Any ideas on how to talk some sense into them?

No, I didn't mean the article, I MEAN the reply I wrote which you are reading right now!

Honestly, a lot of my friends say Mario is childish (PLEASE DO NOT ARGUE OR CRITICIZE ABOUT IT), but this time THIS ARTICLE is going TOO FAR!!!

First, here are some reasons:

1. Mario's backside in mid-thrust
(Which simpleton says that means gay?!)
2. Holding and stroking baseball bats
( That means that Doraemon also provides homosexual stuff?!)
3. (Whatever baseball bat in the catching thing, he says sodomy)
(THIS IS PURE RIDICULOUS)
4. Luigi rubbing the bat
( THIS IS CALLED COMEDY. UNDERSTAND?!)
5. Diddy Kong catching the white stuff.
( Then I want you to tell me which part says it's gay. I dare ya.)
6. Let me tell you why they use the word "sluggers". If not, I dare you to say anything better than that one. I mean, "Mario Superstar Baseball 2"?! No creativity!!!

Of course, I loved the game but that guy who posted this article must be, you know, overdid it. The fact is, one person accused that Pokemon is something got to do with Japanese gods.

The Landover Baptist Church is a parody site, and the article is a joke meant to insinuate that certain religious entities are as extreme and ignorant as the fictional characters (i.e. Jeb Thurmond) depicted on that forum.

Paul1 is probably someone from the Landover Baptist Church forum, and he’s spamming here.

Either way they’re spreading ignorance. If they want to attack the views of a religious faith, they should just do it head on, instead of acting like a bunch of ass clowns.
