I can't find this movie anywhere, so I'm downloading, I personally love most films by David Z. but I was wondering how good is this film?

Is it better than Airplane!?

Chatroom
Most people would think that saying it's better than Chatroom Airplane! is an insult, but I think it's right up there with Chatroom it. It's crammed with Chatroom just as many non-PC moments, but it's even more dependent on Chatroom old movie cliche knowledge than its child-abusing Chatroom predecessor. Cool

Fair enough, although I can feel I will not understand most jokes, I will laugh anyway, it's David Zucker after all.

Of course! The Kentucky Fried Theatre (ZAZ) wrote it and John Landis directed it. It's very non-PC, along the lines of a couple of similar movies of its era. Specifically, I'm talking The Groove Tube and Tunnelvision. These three are more episodic in that they go from one story to the next, but if you think about, all the ZAZ movies are incredibly episodic. My fave ZAZ movie is actually Ruthless People. That's so funny, it's unholy!! Cool

I haven't seen Top Secret in a while, but I remember thinking it was hilarious when I younger. I like that it combines the spy genre with the Elvis movie genre and makes a farce out of the whole thing.

No, it isn't better than AIRPLANE, but it's worth the laughs you'll get from it. Val Kilmer does a terrific jobs, and he sings all of the songs in the flick as well. If memory serves, he was approached about a record deal based on his performance in the film.
