I know this is kind of strange to ask, but me and my friend have been arguing about a part in Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls. In the part when they are sitting around the fire at the Wachati village, and Ace recieves the bowl of "Fruit Paste" as he calls it, when he says something like "My My, this fruit paste is delicious, and the pottery is lovely. Then the son of the chief/translator guy says "Its made from Guano (Bat Droppings) is he talking about the "fruit paste" or the pottery. Id really like to know. Thanks.

Maybe I shouldn't answer since I don't actually remember the scene, but I don't really think it makes any sense unless it's the "fruit paste."

Thats what I thought. However, I realized there is another scene later when he is eating something and then throws it away and says "oh yeah, Guano bowls" so now i think it may be both things that are made out of the guano.

Yea I Agree With Kraftdeluxe Where Later In The The Film He's Drinkin Water From The Bowl And He Says Guano Bowl... Collect The Whole Set So Its Gotta Be The Bowl!

Well, the fat guy is talking about the fruit paste, I'm sure of it, but the bowl is made of guano too!!! I'll see it tonight and check out if it's the same bowl!

OK!! well, i have to say that i have seen that movie soooo many times...but thats besides the point...but, i would have to say that he is talking about both the potery and the paste!

I remember having to write to a famous person as an assignment in 10th grade and i chose Jim Carrey! LOL, he sent me a letter and an autographed picture back to me..i was the happiest kid alive...

Well, at the time of the assignment I used to get these Teen Bop Magazines that had all of this information on teens favorite celebrities..

I remember scoping through the back of the mag. and found a long list of addresses for celebrities..and one included ACE Ventura!!

So, unless I am able to find the original envelope his response came in..I don't think I'll be able to though...that is the only way I could get the address...

But, I am sure that there are tons of sites on the web that would allow you to find some way of communication with the Pet Detective!
