quote: "The only difference today between Liberals and Conservatives is that the Liberals go to mass at five o'clock and the Conservatives at eight."
I've read this, but I can't for the life of me place it.

Wow. It's been so many years since I read that, and I read it in Spanish. Those are my only excuses!

I'll take it for you P. Here's one for all the philosophers in these here parts: My thought is me: that's why I can't stop. I exist because I think … and I can't prevent myself from thinking.

It sounds like Descartes. "I think, therefore, I am", anyone?

Well, I'm fairly certain I haven't read the work that this is from, and I feel like the essays I've read have been in different style of prose. It sure doesn't sound like essay speak, does it? I'll go with Nausea. That's really just a guess though. I don't know of any other Sartre works that aren't essays.

Oh yes. Oldie but goodie. Sinister, you read this about 2 or three years ago. You should get it.

I don't know if I should guess. I've never read this phrase, but I know what books you've been reading. I have a pretty good idea... Won't someone else swoop in, guess, and resolve my moral dilemma?
