Hello, I found a CD at a friend's repo business and I fell in love with a couple of songs on this CD. My house burnt down and now I no longer have it. The lyrics start with something like "hand me my umbrella" something something. Then "Please hurry driver don't make me late I got to see my baby. My friend has told her a lie. He is rubbing his hand through her pretty hair,... Please hurry driver.

If anyone can help me I would be grateful... My son is even helping me and he hated me singing that song.... Thanks Kim

My first and closest thought was Rihanna, since your description pretty well nails her two singles off her new album (but I know that's not it.) Can you give anything else? Do you know if it was fairly new or anything? I want to help but my primary tool of "Google" doesn't seem to be much use right now

I have had it for a couple of years now. It is a man. It was a homemade disk so no lable. It had another song on it that had something to do with being in a bar. That should only describe thousand of songs. The "Please Hurry Drive, Don't make me late I got to see me baby before it's too late, she heard a story that wasn't true" See this man wants to hurry and get to his girls house because someone lied to her and now his friend was there "Running his fingers through her hair". I have looked for this before the house fire.

Thanks so much for you compassion about the house fire. You never think it can happen, really. God gives and he takes away. God has blessed us greatly. My dog "Kitty" died in the fire and that is the only lost that cannot be replaced. I know so many people in my small town that has lost their homes to fire. Five families... Two lost theres this week on the some day. So sad. Sorry to go on but I was just looking at pictures on snapfish. One thing that is great is that if you loose everything and you upload your photos at least you have those to look at. Kim
