In the movie "Fever Pitch", when Ben and Lindsey are sitting with the diehards, and Lindsey breaks out the book about the Curse of the Bambino, they mention the most common victims, Bill Buckner, Bucky Dent, Tony Conigliaro, etc...

There was one name mentioned, Roger something or other, who "went crazy and had to be carried off the field", but I've never heard this story.

Anyone know who this was referring to?

roger clemens - he went nuts in the final game of the 1990 AL championship series. he was tossed by the umps and carried off by his teammates.
