Ok guys! It would be amazing to live memories again with this amazing movie I once watched when I was a bit younger. I guess it was made in mid or early 90s.

a Movie about a desperate housewives trapped into bad marriage with a drunk husband, She always eat cereals not only in the morning and very bad at cooking, then once her husband beat her and ask her to go to cooking class.

where she met a stranger she soon fell in love with and the stranger turned out to be a serial killer and went to her house and killed her husband then took her with him and trapped her in his place then she fights to get out from his home and I remember a scene where she puts some poison in his food!

"Mortal Thoughts(1991)" and "Miami Blues(1990)" are both suitably close to the domestic disharmony trajectory you so dearly seek. There's also the surprisingly good TV movie "The Burning Bed", starring the departed Farrah Fawcett.

And if it's social realism you want, minus any sugar, "Nil By Mouth(1997)" is the 1990s drama for folks who want to watch the very reverse of domestic bliss.
