The Sixth Sense, The Ring, Stir of Echoes represent a recurring theme in film. The line that once separated life and death is becoming porous in such films. In older films like Night of the Living Dead, death just ran over the line like tank, invading life. In these films life and death are more mingled. What other GOOD films have this theme (I enjoy watching them), and why do you think we have become so interested in this new way of looking at death? Perhaps it isn't new at all; in what older films did life and death mingle?

Boy, you got to carry that weight a long time!
