So all I remember is that the beginning was a few Japanese (I think) guys maybe like 5 who were going to kill themselves, so they went up on the roof, but ended up not killing themselves, they were up there eating noodles while people were watching. And I think they end up back up there again.


I know vague but help if you can. Anything is a help.
