when i was younger i watched this movie, so its either from the late 80's or the 90's. all i can remember is, it was animated and the characters enter this building. and the villain enters the same building by cutting a circle though the glass, and ends up kidnapping one of the characters, by pretending it(villain not human) is a baby. i have been having dreams about this and can only remember this much. please help it has been giving me stress.
